I’ve Been Where You Are

I’m Katya Samotoi—I began my journey studying psychology and later transitioned into coaching, focusing extensively on ADHD and neurodivergent individuals.

My background includes medical studies, which I combined with a passion for leadership to support teams and leaders in leveraging diverse ways of thinking.

Currently serving as Chief of Staff, I’ve led multiple teams, balancing strategy and execution while fostering inclusive environments.

My journey has shown me that with the right support and mindset, neurodivergent leaders and employees can achieve extraordinary success.
